Service Description
✎ Target Clients: ・Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) In alignment with my current practicum training, I mainly serve children ages 1.5 to 12 with a confirmed autism diagnosis. Families outside this range are still welcome to reach out for discussion. ・Other Developmental Challenges ✎ Program Overview: Growth is not an individual journey—it is something the whole family walks together. This program works alongside primary caregivers to support families facing ASD or other developmental challenges, helping them build confidence, connection, and meaningful interaction through everyday moments. ✎ Program Features: ・Family Partnership: Collaboration with primary caregivers, with ongoing guidance and feedback. ・Integrated into Daily Life: Activities are designed to be practised naturally within everyday routines. ・Core Objectives: Emphasizing the Guiding Relationship and Dynamic Intelligence to support long-term growth in understanding, thinking, and connecting. The program strengthens family bonds, improves interpersonal interaction, and helps the child gradually expand their ability to engage with caregivers, peers, and the environment. ✎ How the Program Works: ・Conducted online or in person, this is a caregiver-centered educational program, rather than direct intervention with the child. Some sessions may include assessment or live demonstrations. ・The Relationship Development Assessment (RDA) is conducted as part of the program and serves as the foundation for the family plan. Based on the results, the consultant works collaboratively with caregivers and uses the required RDI online platform to design activities, support implementation, and regularly review the family’s progress. ✎ Purpose of the RDA: ・Observe natural interactions to understand the child-parent relationship, including guiding, co-participation, and co-regulation. ・Identify Strengths and Challenges: Highlight abilities already present in the family and identify areas that may require support, rather than focusing on deficits. ・Assess how prepared caregivers and the child are to enter a Guiding Relationship, ensuring that intervention proceeds safely and adjustably. ・Develop an Individualized RDI Plan: Use RDA results to design the intervention plan, reducing trial-and-error and ensuring each step aligns with the family’s current abilities. ✎ Program Details: ・This program is currently offered as part of a practicum. I communicate comfortably in English at an upper-intermediate level (B2). ・Location: Services are based in Taiwan and can also be delivered fully online. ・Course fees: Consultation is free. Program duration and fees depend on each family’s needs and will be explained during the consultation. If you would like to know details earlier, feel free to contact me anytime. ・Start Date: Expected to begin after March 1, 2026. Programs typically last 6 months to 1 year. Families interested may book a free consultation in advance. ・Participants: Ideally, both parents participate to ensure a full understanding of family dynamics and support needs.
